1. What is the process to get started?
A new trading account has to be opened for you, we shall open a free trading account with a broker in India, once your demat account is opened and trading account is activated, your trading ID will be mapped to our algorithm. Then, we could start live trading in your account. We are extremely sorry, as we cannot use any of your existing trading account.
2. What are documents needed to open an account and how long will it take?
The documents required are Pan Card, Aadhar Card, Bank Statement, Cancelled cheque, Passport Photo, E-mail ID and Mobile No. It takes 2 to 5 business days to activate the account, we take care of the complete paper work for you to open the free demat account.
3. Do you have any lock in period?
There is a lock in period of 6 months, after 6 months you can withdraw your funds/profits whenever you want.
4. Is there anything I need to do or monitor?
The trades are fully automatic with our algorithm, all trades executed by the algorithm will be directly placed into your trading account automatically, and there is no manual intervention required from your side. If you want you can monitor by logging it into your trading account.
5. How do I keep track of my funds?
You can login to the app/web portal any time, and keep track of your fund value, trade details, profit & loss statement, everything gets updated on daily basis and you will be notified daily about the trading activity in your account.
6. What is returns/risk?
The returns are subject to market risk, where it aims to beat index and mutual fund returns per year, at the client end with a maximum drawdown of -20%. The algorithm doesn’t risk more than 4-5% on per trade basis.
